Complex needs rarely arrive one at a time. Here's who we support, and how, whatever the combination and however long it has taken to find the right support.
Mental Health Needs
Support for people navigating anxiety, depression or more complex mental health conditions, built around consistent relationships so trust can actually take hold.
Autism
Support that respects routine, sensory needs and communication style, helping autistic adults and young people build independence at their own pace rather than ours.
Learning Disabilities
Everyday support with budgeting, appointments and social plans, designed around what someone can already do so their skills and confidence grow rather than being done for them.
Neurological Conditions
Specialist support for people living with acquired brain injuries and other neurological conditions, including step-downs from hospital or secure settings with continuity of care from day one.
Epilepsy
Trained support staff who understand seizure management and risk, so people with epilepsy can live independently with the right safety net quietly in place.
Physical Disabilities
Practical, dignified support with daily living and mobility, adapted to each person's home and routine so independence is never traded away for safety.
Sensory Impairment
Support that adapts communication and environment for people who are D/deaf, blind or living with other sensory impairments, so nothing gets lost in translation.
EUPD
Consistent, clinically-informed support for people living with Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder, with proactive strategies agreed in advance rather than crisis management after the fact.
Built around each person's own goals.
Our approach is built around creating personalised care plans that cater to each individual's unique needs and aspirations. Through dedicated support and access to 24/7 care when needed, we help individuals achieve their full potential and pursue their dreams.
We encourage tenants to lead as independent a life as possible. We assist each person in developing the core life skills necessary for living more independently, which may include support with everyday tasks like dressing or cooking.
We also provide opportunities for tenants to engage in activities such as vocational skills training, higher education, and work placements. These activities are offered externally or as part of our in-house communal program, designed to enrich each person's experience and encourage personal development.
Our care and support services aim to deliver:
Ensuring each individual achieves their full potential
Improvements in quality of life through living a meaningful life
Greater choice, control and independence
Social inclusion through active community engagement
Effective management of behaviour
Reduction of risk
Good physical health
Improved self-esteem and self-worth
Dignity and respect
Where appropriate, successful transition into a supported living setting or own accommodation
Avoidance and reductions of hospital admissions
For commissioners and referrers.
If you're a social worker, care coordinator, or commissioner looking to place someone with complex needs, we make referrals straightforward.
